Work With Us
.avif)
Inner View Psychology is boutique practice that brings together psychologists who value person-centred care to work autonomously and as part of a community. Let's co-design a role that works for you. Choose between employment and room rental & services arrangement models in our calm and beautifully styled clinics in West Footscray and Southbank.
Offering the potential of higher remuneration, the room rental and services model is well suited to an experienced and/or confident psychologist who is motivated to take responsibility for both their clinical work quality and business success.
On the other hand, as an employee, you will have the benefit of a steady income and will receive structured learning and clinical guidance while working closely with a senior clinical psychologist. You will also have the capacity to earn bonuses depending on how many clients you choose to see and plenty of autonomy in your role.
Note: Provisional psychologists are not currently considered.

Our Team
Alina Shushkevich is a Clinical Psychologist who practises with a person-centred approach as her guiding principle. Her style is dynamic, taking guidance from clients on how they want their treatment and sessions to be structured. She works collaboratively to understand each individual’s unique concerns and therapy goals.
The initial focus of therapy with Alina is to build insight and help clients understand the unhelpful patterns affecting their daily lives and contributing to emotional, behavioural, and relationship challenges.
Drawing on this understanding, she supports clients in developing practical skills to manage difficulties and enhance psychological wellbeing.
