Telehealth Consultations

We also offer video consultations via the Halaxy Telehealth platform.

• Fees and rebates for online sessions are the same as for face-to-face appointments with a valid Mental Health Care Plan.
• Telehealth consultations can at times be subject to limitations or disruptions, such as an unstable network connection. In the event of technical disruptions, a phone consultation may be offered as an alternative.

Payment Policy:

Fees are processed online at 8 am on the day of the session. Please ensure sufficient funds are available in your account.

Rescheduling Appointments

To reschedule your appointment, use the link provided in your appointment confirmation email. If you experience issues, contact your psychologist directly.

Note: The admin team does not handle appointment changes, billing queries, or service-related concerns after intake.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to help your psychologist fill the appointment time with another person in need.

• Cancellations within 48 hours - 50% of the session fee (this is waived if the slot is filled with another client).
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows - Full session fee applies.
• Medicare rebates are not available for cancellation fees.
