My main aim is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. My style of practice is collaborative and person-centered. I will work alongside you to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and build more sustainable ways of coping and connecting.

I work with young people (16 y.o. +) and adults.

With experience across private practice, telehealth, forensics, and disability services, I bring a person-centred, integrative and mindful approach to my work yet can also tailor to individual needs and differences.

I aim to create a safe and supportive space where we can work together to identify and focus on what matters most to you. I work together with individuals and families to build an understanding of what is showing up in their lives and how it may be impacting them. Our sessions are guided by your experiences and the goals we develop together, using therapy as a supportive space for growth and change.

I work with children 6+, with families of children younger than 6 (offering parenting support), as well as adolescents and adults.

Poppy

Chloe’s Therapy Dog
Available on Mondays and Tuesdays 9 until 4 30

Poppy is a therapy dog who works with Chloe, one of our psychologists, to support clients in their sessions. She has a gentle, curious nature and enjoys building relationships at her own pace. As that bond grows, Poppy shows her trust by spending more time close to you, often lying nearby or leaning in for extra pats.

My style of practice is quite dynamic, which means that I take guidance from you about how you want your treatment and sessions to be structured. I will work with you to understand your unique concerns and goals for therapy.
